A healthy environment
Comfortable and spacious offices are only the beginning. At work, we follow policies that ensure safety along with harassment-free workspaces and a culture of meritocracy. All our associates are encouraged to express their opinions freely on all work-related matters and are assured that their voices will be heard and considered carefully.
Personal Development through Structured Development
A bi-annual appraisal system ensures that company-wide associates’ needs are identified, and programmes are created to meet those needs. The frequency of the appraisals is designed in such a way to ensure that our associates are benefiting from the programmes. Apart from structured programmes, our associates are also encouraged to pursue independent projects and certification courses. Depending on practicality, the company pitches in by subsidizing the cost and providing all possible support.
Inter-functional learning and team building
All associates are assigned to a team comprising associates from different functions. This is to help individuals from different disciplines and levels, interact with each other and get to know each other better, so that all Ragers can work as a team. Though we belong to different functions, we work together on projects.
