Srinivas Seshadri
Director
Srini has been a digital-first marketing man in his 15-year career thus far, and has seen the entire gamut of digital marketing. He began by writing SEO content in 2007, then moved into PPC in 2008 and has loved it ever since. Along the way, he’s also worked on Email and SMS campaigns, Organic Search, and more traditional Sales Enablement.
His passion for result-oriented performance marketing was kindled by a stint with a couple of startups selling attribution tools to ad agencies where he became obsessed with attribution, dashboards and effective campaign measurement. What followed was a deep love of data, tech and the product side of marketing, which led to a job as the head of Product and Performance at Infinite Analytics, an MIT-incubated startup using AI to solve attribution challenges.
He brought this focus with him when he moved to the agency side of the business when he moved to Interactive Avenues (IPG’s performance arm in India), leading Performance for the Mumbai office and now with ADK-Rage.
At ADK-Rage he is tasked with providing clients demonstrable media performance across the entire digital ecosystem and ensuring that they get more bang for their advertising buck, whether it is organic, paid or programmatic.
When he isn’t working, he’s either playing the guitar, training in Mixed Martial Arts or reading something by Wodehouse.

Srini has over 37 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, Information Systems, Corporate Governance and Oversight as well as general management.
When he’s not busy making sure our doors stay open for business, Srini enjoys reading books on various topics and exploring his creative side as a photographer.
