Good user experience encourages interaction.
Effective user experience is the most fundamental aspect of any digital activity. User experience through good design helps improve brand perception and facilitates adoption, no matter the application (a web site, landing page, mobile app, display advertisement, organic search description, etc.)
Mobile First is the mantra of our design
We believe that allowing code to adapt to screen sizes is a lazy way of implementing Mobile First. At Rage, Mobile First has two components. The first is the visual layout. We first design the visual layout for the small screen and then expand that design to larger screens. This enables users to interact with the application comfortably in any of the user environments.
The second element of the user experience is the native function of the device with which users interact. These differences are significant and if not captured at the design stage can cause slippages in development and usage.
User experience to complete transaction
Often user experience is perceived as only the visual look of the application. However, user experience is more than just a visual look. At Rage, we take care to ensure that the user experience encourages users to complete transactions by making sure that the communication is self-explanatory, assets and information are easy to find and the user actions required to follow an intuitive grammar that is user friendly.
Thus, process-related drop-offs in conversion are reduced enhancing the effectiveness of the channel.
Interactive processes for improved design
Good user experience requires a wide range of tools to be developed. These tools allow the clients and our teams to interact and collaborate on the design. At times, these tools can also simulate prototypes that can be used to test experience.
