Enhancing customer experience with solutions that utilize technology.
Web Design - The beginning
The early days of the Internet witnessed a stampede to establish a web presence. Rage was a part of this ecosystem of designing, creating and deploying websites of all types – corporate, brand, eCommerce and many others.
Even though these were early days, our focus was on developing websites that were focused on creating interactivity. We brought in user experience and aesthetics which made the visits to our client’s websites delightful.
From web design to web solutions
The dot com bust in 2000-01 was a strange phenomenon. It was the end of the wild west ways of the web; and at the same time the proliferation of the usage of the internet. During this phase, website design and sophistication underwent a change. They began to offer interactivity that enabled consumption.
Given our natural bridge between the consumer and the marketer, we used many of the evolving technologies – search engine optimization (SEO), rich media, Web 2.0, forums, etc, to enhance our clients’ digital presence and capabilities to help them serve their customers.
Mobile web and the social media phenomenon
The entry of smartphones in 2007 and the explosive growth of social media gave us fresh impetus to re-imagine ourselves and add to our growing range of skills spanning mobile app development, HTML5, developing our own frameworks for eCommerce and Content Management Systems and integrated digital marketing programs.
In the process, we also developed a systematic review of our own talent and continued to equip our people with emerging technologies. This ensured that we grew as a company, and our people grew with us.
